Elmer "Bong" Ramos passed away on July 9, 2023, after losing his battle with COVID. He was surrounded by many family members who loved him dearly. He was a great husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather. He was always just a call away whenever you needed help or advice. He knew it all. He will forever be missed...
