Hi My name is Jess. I've never crowd fundraised before but if there was a moment in time where I felt it was needed, now is it.

Our best friends Michael and Vanessa have two beautiful girls! Scarlett (6) and Sienna (2). The girls have been knocked down with Influenza A these past few weeks but unfortunately things have become more critical for the littlest one.

Sienna is currently in an induced coma while her body tries to fight acute necrotising encephalitis. ANE is a devastating neurological condition that can arise following a viral infection - Sienna's outcome following ANE is still unknown.

Sienna has been transferred to the PICU at QCH, her parents are staying at the Ronald McDonald house in Brisbane.

The last thing I would want for a family going through this, is to stress about current and ongoing financial costs.
