My name is Dinesh Gadraj, and I’m reaching out to you with a hopeful heart and deep humility as I face the most difficult chapter of my life. In 2024 I was been diagnosed with B-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer.

Not long ago, life was just beginning to take shape. I attended Shiva Boys Hindu College from 2016 to 2021 . I had just begun working and was recently accepted into the Kenson School of Production Technology to continue my training as a Drilling Rig Technician. I was building a future I had worked tirelessly for.

Then, on August 5th, 2024, everything changed.

My diagnosis brought my plans and dreams to a sudden halt. I’m currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy and other treatments, but my doctors have advised that my best and perhaps only chance for long-term survival is a stem cell transplant.

After extensive research, we found that there are viable and more affordable treatment options available abroad, particularly in India, where the cost including the transplant, medical care, accommodations, and living expenses are approximately $165,000 USD.

Despite exhausting every avenue, this amount is far beyond what my family and I can manage alone. Since starting treatment, I’ve been unable to work, and the financial strain continues to grow. That’s why I’m reaching out today to humbly ask for your support.
