Hi my name is Marie and I’m trying to get some help for this beautiful lady in her cancer journey. This is my friend Debbie. She is a single mom with 2 kids and has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She has gone through one surgery and is currently going through chemotherapy. Anyone that knows Debbie knows what a wonderful soul she is. She always smiling (even through chemo) and has a kind and gentle soul. She has been in the hospitality industry for many years and that is how most folks know her. She was part of the opening team at the Great Wolf Lodge where she helped families make lasting memories. She also worked at Green Acres restaurant where she would greet guests like family and deliver the best service to them. I know the timing of this isn’t ideal being Christmas and all but it is the season for miracles and giving. I’m hoping to raise a some funds to help make this ordeal easier on her and her family. She has many medical appointments out of town with some possibly of over night stays depending on her ability to travel. As well as parking. The prognosis is unknown right now and there are no promises for her but she gets up everyday and smiles and is fighting for her life. She is one of the strongest women I know and she won’t give up this fight. Let’s rally to her corner and help her beat this!!!
