Hello - I'm Tempe, Amanda's work bestie, and I'm reaching out for your support for the Powell family. Amanda has been nothing but a supportive and loving friend...Now we need to help her and her family! As Amanda stated they are "navigating a new journey" and one they are "grateful to have, as the alternative would have been devastating".

On October 9th, Dan was in WA state for work. He was assaulted at a truck stop including being shot 6 times. This resulted in 4 deep bullet wounds (chest and abdomen), 12 stitches in his head, a collapsed lung and his right ankle was shattered. Dan has been through multiple surgeries and procedures - and is now home and undergoing a lengthy recovery process. Most importantly, Dan and the family have a lot of mental and emotional healing to work on throughout the next months. We can only imagine the shock and pain they are experiencing.

While this has been an extremely traumatic experience for the family, they are all moving forward as positively as possible with every ounce of strength they can find. You donations for the family will help for the unforeseen costs associated with the incident. We appreciated ALL of your support!
