Donate to help Crystal’s spinal rehabilitation

Hi, my name is Nayeli and I’m helping raise funds for my sister Crystal. On May 21, 2023 my sister began having neuro deficits and was diagnosed with a traumatic epidural hematoma of her spinal cord. She had emergency surgery preformed that night in order to relieve the swelling on her spinal cord in hopes of reversing her loss of motor function and sensation. She has slowly been improving but still has a long road of recovery ahead. She is still unable to use her hands and arms and cannot stand without assistance. She is still currently in the trauma ICU. Once she is discharged she is still going to need spinal rehabilitation which may not be covered by insurance. She is currently a nursing student at Nevada State College. She is going to require additional spinal cord rehab in order for her to return to normal and be able to finish her nursing degree. We are hoping to raise funds to assist in funding her road to recovery.
