Hey guys this is Dolores and Alec. Yesterday our sweet angel Patsy suffered a severe allergic reaction from a bee. We took her to the ER where she was near cardiac arrest and was comatose for 4 hours. When she woke up she had to receive multiple plasma transfusions and medications via IVs and will have been in the hospital for 2 days. Shoutout to the doctors and nurses at Sage vet hospital on 18th and Harrison! She is on the mend and recovering in the hospital, but unfortunately suffered damage to her brain and liver, to what extent we aren’t sure. We’re so happy to have her on the way home but have racked up 15k in hospital bills to get her back. This was a completely unexpected incident and scared us so much, we would do anything to save her life and get her home. Any donation would help, Patsy is the light of our lives, just turned 10, and still has many more years left to wag her little tail and get butt scratches from all her favorite people aka anyone she meets!
