Donate to help cover my tuition please

Hello, my name is Maria, a sophomore at Cornell University majoring in Government and Africana Studies. I hope to pursue a career in politics and become a congresswoman in the future. 

I am a low-income student living with my immigrant father who already has three other daughters to support. He is not able to give provide me with any financial support due to his low-wage job. 

I worked during the summer and throughout the school year but I still cannot afford to pay the full tuition for this semester. If I do not pay the full tuition by January the university will withdraw me. 

I ask you to support me in this difficult situation and make a difference in my life to be able to achieve my dreams. It would mean the world to me. Thank you!
