Hi, my name is Jade I’m from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In recent days, my 9 month old Siamese kitten, Mila fractured her right hein leg in 2 spots.

The vet thinks this happened by a slip and fall, her body went one way and her leg went the opposite. For the next 4-6 weeks I need to pay $50 a week to cover the cost of changing her cast, and around the 6 week mark I will need to pay $600 for an X-ray to see if this process healed the fractures. Upon these charges, I’ve already paid 2k in the initial visit.

The costs of going to the vet are really piling up and any donation helps keep Mila in my care. I am so attached to her, she is the sweetest cat ever, not to mention I have her sister from the same litter and they are completely obsessed with each other.

I hate asking for help, and this is really out of my comfort zone to ask. Anything helps, thank you so much for reading Mila’s story.
