Donate to help Chip's medical expenses

Hiya! My name is Bree and I'm one of Heather and Logan Wegmeyer's good friends.

Last week Heather was on her usual walk with her dogs, Chip and Kona. While crossing the street, a distracted driver hit Chip, narrowly missing Heather and Kona as well. Miraculously, only Chip's back legs were broken. He suffered no damage to his spine or internal organs.

Chip had to undergo several very expensive surgeries to repair his legs and hips, but thankfully he is now home with mom and dad. His recovery has just started, and he will require lots of care and many follow up vet appointments. The vet does expect Chip to make a full recovery over the next few months! But as a result the Wegmeyers have been stuck with a hefty vet bill.
