Hi Everyone ,My name is Catherine , and I’d never thought I would be in this position having to ask strangers for Help , just for my husband , and I to survive , but life has brought us here . With Heavy Hearts , we’re reaching out to our community, and to anyone  that has the kindness to listen .

My Husband , and I are currently Homeless  living in our car , it hasn’t been easy , but we’re determined to turn things around . My husband worked hard , and managed to save enough money for us to finally get a place to live . We were so hopeful driving around , looking at places , and , Dreaming  of getting a roof over our heads again .

But all of that was stolen from us in an instant ! While we were at a truck stop , to stretch our legs , we were suddenly surrounded by a group of men . They Robbed us ! Just like that , all our savings , everything we had built up to start fresh , was gone . The truck stop security called the police , and Yes  there is a police report , but sadly that doesn’t bring back what was taken from us .

Now we are left with nothing , No Savings , No Home , and No Stability . We are exhausted , scared , and trying our best to be strong for each other . Living in our car is tough , can’t take showers , can’t find free parking with out be harassed , then asked sometimes to move on . With No money for gas , and food , these are the worst daily struggles .

We are asking humbly , for any help you can offer . Donations would go towards a safe place to stay , food , and fuel for our car , and hopefully my husband can get a job again .

Even the smallest contribution makes a huge difference to us right now .

We didn’t choose this life , it was forced on us by circumstances we couldn’t control , but with some help , we believe we can get back on our feet.
