Donate to Help Bury Baby Aaliyah

Hello, my name is Aylisa Grenald, and my little sister Alisha Grenald delivered a beautiful baby girl named Aaliyah Luna Ruiz, on May 30, 2022. Unfortunately, Aaliyah passed away before my sister could even see or hold her. It's such a tragic story that started off with a normal full-term pregnancy that gave our family no warning that this could happen. This proceeded with a labor lasting over 24 hours, with no signs that there could be something wrong. Me, my sister, and our mom, prayed while we heard the faint cries of baby Aaliyah fighting for her life.

We of course, are very devastated, and my sister is heartbroken, especially because Aaliyah was her first baby. But, we know that Aaliyah has touched all of our lives and is watching over our family. We find peace in knowing that it brought our family together in so many unforeseen ways, but we still have heavy hearts and are burdened with the process of coping with the unexpected when we had so many other plans thought out.

My sister and her boyfriend want to have a traditional funeral service, including preserving the body, getting a casket, having a memorial service, and burying this precious baby with a beautiful headstone. But our family can not afford such a service when we heard numbers going as high as $12000 for everything.

So we ask for a donation, from anyone willing, to please donate to help give my sister and her boyfriend the ceremony they desire for their daughter.
