On March 31st, 2022 Matthew gained his angel wings. Although he is with the Lord, this loss has been devastating to those of us that he has left behind. Matthew was a truly loving husband to wife/best friend Brittany (me) and a proud father of our son, Jrue. Jrue and Matthew share the same birthday (July 19th).

 

Matthew loved his job at Pavement Coatings working as a Oil Spreader and was the sole provider, allowing Brittany to stay home and care for Jrue.

 

Matt loved the outdoors(especially the mountains). He also loved crab fishing, family time, having a beer or two with friends, and watching the Curse of Oak Island on the history channel (that was his do not disturb time on Tuesday nights :-))
