Mambo!!!!! This is hello in Swahili,

My name is Tegan and my friend Becca. We arrived in Tanzania three days ago to embark on a two week volunteer program to help with childcare.

Being placed at Brighter kids daycare has been a blessing!!

After doing two days of placement we find that we want to help our daycare more and this has led to the go fund me.

Your donations will help towards the cost of bills, furniture (desks and chairs), stationery, porridge for snack time and toys for the children to use, play with and also to help the three staff members who work there year round.

For myself and Becca we can see how incredibly lucky we have been to receive the education that we did. Although the children and staff don’t have a lot they are happy, bubbly, down to earth, playful and incredibly grateful that we are there.

Any donations that you can make is not too small and it will be greatly appreciated and help the daycare in such a big way.
