A Polish mother needs your support.
Her daughter Aleksandra has been in a rehab hospital in San Francisco since January 2025. With the help from the US Embassy, Aleksandra was transported from Fiji (where she lived for the past 5 years) to the US in January 2025. In December 2024, Aleksandra ended up in a hospital in Fiji and the doctors there were unable to diagnose what was wrong with her. The US Embassy paid for the hospital in Fiji and the transport to the US in the form of a loan ($35,000). They were supposed to fly to Chicago where her mother resides, with a layover in San Francisco. The doctor who accompanied Aleksandra during the flight feared that she might not survive the second flight, so she stayed in San Francisco. She is paralyzed and is not able to fly to Chicago yet. Her mother has been renting a room in San Francisco to be close to her daughter. Please consider donating to help them in this difficult time.

Polska matka potrzebuje twojego wsparcia. Jej córka Aleksandra jest w szpitalu rehabilitacyjnym w San Francisco od stycznia 2025 roku. Dzięki pomocy Ambasady USA, Aleksandra została przetransportowana z Fidżi (gdzie mieszkała przez ostatnie 5 lat) do USA w styczniu 2025 roku. W grudniu 2024 roku Aleksandra trafiła do szpitala na Fidżi i lekarze nie byli w stanie zdiagnozować, co jej dolega. Ambasada USA pokryła koszty szpitala na Fidżi oraz transportu do USA w formie pożyczki (35 000 dolarów). Mieli lecieć do Chicago, gdzie mieszka jej matka, z przesiadką w San Francisco. Lekarz, który towarzyszył Aleksandrze podczas lotu, obawiał się, że może nie przeżyć drugiego lotu, więc została w San Francisco. Jest sparaliżowana i jeszcze nie może lecieć do Chicago.
