Hi, Bonnie,my daughter is 21 months old and 4 months ago our daughter became very ill,we found out she as a tumour on her brain, (ependymoma) and is cancer..

Bonnie became very ill she spent 4 months in qmc, both myself and my wife never left her side, she had 4 operations to her brain,which resulted in her having posterior fossa syndrome (PSF).

Now she is having proton beam treatment at the christie proton beam centre Manchester, her treatment is finished beginning of november.

She was so ill she was on piccu ward for 10 days and put in a coma,she is really our miracle girl.

Bonnie slowlly woke but lost all movement speech and feeding is through a ng tube. Past 4months shes had physio for her movement and shes allmost standing on her own shes a fighter,we will also get her physio for speech and eating after treatment but due to her tumour and place she may never talk or eat without tube again.

This as been the most scary and stressfull time of our life's,also missing our son Kaden. Its been a nightmare,no kids should have to go through this.

Bonnie's been a warrior and continues to amaze us every day.

So the last 4 months and 1 more to go spread our money very thin, anything raised will go towards Bonnies treatment plans and any equipment she will need,with any left over to go towards charity.

As a family we have always worked, steel worker/train shunter,teacher/nhs.

We have never asked for anything and proud,but when it comes to our daughter we will take any help we can,she didn't deserve this so we would like her to get help she really needs to benefit her recovery best we can.
