Donate to help baby Bailey and family

My name is Kyla Bailey. I set up this Go Fund Me on behalf of and in support of Jessica & Graeme and their 4 children.

This tiny warrior’s journey has just begun and her family needs your support and prayers.

Bailey was born healthy but upon being discharged, she began sleeping the majority of the time and was hardly having any usual responses (crying/baby nosies). She was immediately rushed by air to the children's hospital in Halifax after she suffered a seizure. She has been diagnosed with a serious meningitis infection and liver failure. She is currently in critical condition.

Our little one faces months of treatment, a liver transplant, and many months stay at the hospital.

Mom and Dad are both alternating and traveling from Moncton New Brunswick to Halifax to be with her (almost a 3hr drive one way).

Dad is mostly at home caring for Bailey’s 3 siblings while mom is away to be with her. Dad was unfortunately let go from work because daycare and school hours conflicted with his evening shifts.

Update from mom:

This has been such a wild journey for my family. Bailey is my little miracle, after getting meningitis the virus attacked her liver. Bailey was in acute liver failure and declining rapidly, we were told she may only have hours left. Despite all odds she held on, and continued to hold on until her little body could start to repair itself. We have been in the children's hospital since she was just 8 days old. We have a long road she is only 6.5 pounds at 33 days old. But she is going to be able to live a long healthy life. Anything helps even just a share. Thank you so much from our family to yours.
