Donate to help Avery Weik on his way to recovery

Friday evening while out scootering with his family, Avery was run over by a vehicle. The details of how are not clear and not of importance. It was just a freak accident. He was treated on scene and transported by ground to Red Deer where stars was waiting for him to take him to Calgary. He is in the ICU, intubated and waiting for surgery. His injuries are to his brain, head and face. Without getting too much into the details of his injuries, the family has been told by every doctor and nurse that have worked on him, that his recovery so far has been miraculous!

Avery is awake at times and communicating with pen and paper and hand signs. He is so positive, inquisitive, cooperative and relaxed. He's always been the the brightest smile in any room, he's the first one to offer help and is one of the most kind, caring kids you'll ever meet!

In true Avery style, let's help him and his family out while he awaits surgrey/recovery and be the first ones to show up for him as he would for any of us ❤️.

We ask for continued prayers as he waits for surgery and then begins this journey of recovery. We ask not only for prayers of healing but also of prayers for the surgeons who will perform his very complicated surgery. Thank you and we love you all. ❤️
