The Story
Our family holiday, a trip we had looked forward to for months, has turned into our worst nightmare. Our daughter, Aria, just 21 months old, accidentally swallowed an object that became lodged in her airway. What was meant to be a time of joy and family bonding has become a desperate fight for her life.
The Current Situation
Aria underwent a high-risk, life-threatening procedure to remove the object from her airway. While the surgery was successful, the trauma caused severe swelling. She is currently sedated and admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), where she must remain for at least 7 days to allow her airway to heal.
The Need
As foreigners, the medical costs are skyrocketing. Uninsured medical treatment can be significantly more expensive for international visitors, with costs often calculated at higher rates than for local residents. Specialized intensive care and surgeries can reach thousands.
We are facing an overwhelming financial burden that we simply cannot meet alone.
How You Can Help
Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward:
Aria's PICU stay and life-saving medical procedures.
Specialized pediatric care and medication required for her recovery.
The unexpected costs of remaining in while she is unfit to travel.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing Aria’s story with your network. Your prayers, thoughts, and support mean the world to us during this incredibly difficult time.
