Dear Friends, on October 16th my husband, Andrés, was detained by ICE. He is being held in a detention center while he awaits a hearing. His wife and loved ones are doing everything in their power to get him released as soon as possible but we humbly ask for your help. Every dollar donated will go towards the legal fees and the extensive costs associated with this process. Andrés has impacted all of our lives with his beautiful soul, his infectious joy and optimism, and his dedication and love for his community here in NYC - the place he calls home.
