Hi friends.

My name is Will Holt, I live in Sheffield in the UK with my family.

I have created this fundraiser to help and support my friend Anas, who lives in Gaza with his extended family.

I have been supporting Anas for a few months now and speak with him most days. Anas is a wonderful person, and he is trying his best to support his family, many of whom are young children. We have spent time video calling with my kids and those in his family, they are such wonderful souls and I just want to try and help them. They are really struggling at the moment with the conditions they are having to endure because of the war.

Cold weather, very little food, and heavy rains have made their situation even more difficult recently.

I wanted Anas to tell you his story.

“I am Anas Baraka from Gaza, I am 22 years old. My family and I live in a very difficult situation. My large family consists of 20 people, including 9 children. Our house was destroyed during the war. No food, drink and shelter and I am tired and tired of thinking about my family and how to provide them with life, I can't sleep because of thinking about children who deserve a better life. Any donation you can make would be of great help. Thank you so much”

All the money raised by this fundraiser will be sent directly to Anas via bank transfer, so that he can use it to buy items his family desperately need; winter clothes, food and water, more bedding, shelter and fuel to allow them to keep warm and cook.
