Lost my home through foreclosure over five years ago now. Since then been nearly impossible to obtain a place of my own. If it wasn’t for a few friends I would literally be out living on the streets without a thing to my name. Job market over past few years just been the absolute worst in my lifetime. I have over 20 years experience in IT Support yet nearly impossible to get anything long term and stable. Instead been relying on mostly short term contract work. May be starting another contract role in a week or two. But by then will not have a dime to my name in which to commute with or be able feed myself or any other expense. I am just living day by day here. So difficult to plan ahead.
