Hi my name is Geordan and I'm fundraising for my friend and colleague Aloyce Odhiambo.

Aloyce's wife Christine suffered late stage pregnancy complications and had to have emergency surgery. Their newborn daughter survived but is in a critical condition. Christine is also in the High-Dependency Unit with ongoing complications. They now face catastrophically high medical expenses, in excess of 200,00 KES (around $2000) for his wife, and then double this for for his newborn child.

Aloyce and I have worked together on a range of health projects in Kisumu with his longstanding role at SWAP Kenya. Many of you will appreciate how dedicated and hardworking Aloyce is, with his many collaborations with colleagues in the USA, UK and beyond.

He has saved some funds to help cover his medical bill, but it isn't enough. I'm hoping you can help chip in so that we can support him and his family during this difficult time.
