Hi! My name is Aimee, and I'm a young Trans Woman from Yorkshire, UK.

I only realised I was Trans last year, but I've sort of known my whole life, so it feels like times a wasting! That's why I want to access Trans surgery. However, due to the NHS's incredibly long waiting lists (6 years in my case), I am having to look at private surgery instead.

The surgery I am wanting to go for is a vulvoplasty, which involves the removal of the penis, and this will cost £15,050 from the private hospital near me. I don't have a paying job at the moment and I'm on social security payments, which is why I'm asking for help.

This surgery will definitely change my life for the better, so I would be hugely grateful for any support you can give me.
