Hi, my name is Angela and my fiancé is Adam. We have a 13-year-old son, and my family needs your help!

Adam unfortunately got hurt at work about 4 months ago. He tore his rotator cuff and destroyed the muscle over his shoulder so badly that it will require extensive surgery to remove part of his biceps to replace that muscle as well as repair the rotator cuff.

The insurance company is dragging this whole process out. Adam had to go get an IME in Chicago, and now the insurance company won't pay the doctor to release the report so he can get paid. Now the lawyer has filed a subpoena to get the report, which could take another month or so to get.

This whole process has been very hard as Adam can no longer work. We are struggling to make ends meet as I am the only one working and we are asking for help to cover rent, utilities, etc. while we try to get through this hard time as a family.
