Hi everyone, my name is Delia and I am raising funds for my fiance Abi who lost her husband in a terrible accident and has been forced to go through the probate process because he was only 34 at the time of his passing. His duplex was abandoned by his family in absolutely deplorable conditions and they left her with nearly $5000 in back taxes that was suppose to be paid in exchange for them staying there and keeping rent money from the tenants next door. There are currently rodent, roach, and flea infestations which has contributed to severe electrical damage. There are several roof leaks which has caused the ceiling to sink and has caused water damage in the walls. There is a substantial amount of garbage left including years worth of old broken furniture, appliances, and broken building materials that we need to rent a dumpster to dispose of. Both bathrooms and two of the bedrooms are unfinished and have exposed plumbing and electrical outlets. This building is all we have and we desperately need help to sanitize and repair it.
