Help a Neglected Puppy Get a Fresh Start!

Hi. I am not a person who usually asks for help, but this little love bug I am fostering could use it.

Sunday night, 3/16, I saw a neighbor's post that this dog was wandering around alone. It was nighttime and getting cold, so I grabbed an extra leash and took a chance we might find him. He was sitting behind my apartment complex, scared, severely matted. I approached with some treats, and he was very reluctant and tried to run a couple of times. I was able to invite him toward me, and I picked him up and brought him home. Long story short, I have been working with Animal Control and a local shelter to get him care. We've learned that this resilient little guy is just a puppy and was out on the streets at least a week, but likely much longer; he looks seriously neglected - and yet so loving! My current dog is patient and kind with him.. I am fostering and could use some help. I am also trying to get back on my feet. Your donation (whatever amount) would go to food, supplies, his bed, bowls, training, treats, vet bills, etc.

I will donate 50% back to SAVE, the no-kill shelter here in Mercer County.
