This fundraiser is to help a mother with kidney failure so she can continue to afford dialysis and eventually a renal transplant. Amina Farah Mohamed is a single mother who was working to support her children and elderly parents before she became ill. There are no renal dialysis facilities in the city she resides in so had to relocate to Mogadishu, Somalia for dialysis. She has no savings and no close relatives who are able to help.
