I'm a 66-year-old devote Christian, mother and grandmother, facing one of the toughest the battle of my life against a very aggressive form of breast cancer in my right breast. Every day is a new challenge, but I am determined to keep fighting—for myself, for my family, and for those who love me.

But the road ahead is long, and the financial burden is heavy. While healthcare in Jamaica is 'free', my family has had to pay out-of-pocket for my CT scans, mammograms, biopsy, medication, care etc. Doctors are contemplating removing my breast before I begin chemo and radiation. The treatments, medications, and care I need are expensive, and your support can make all the difference.
