I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my sweet 8-year-old pug who recently had to undergo emergency surgery due to life-threatening kidney stones. The surgery was critical, and while the recovery will be long and challenging, I’m committed to doing everything I can to ensure he gets the care he needs to heal.

The total cost of his treatment has been overwhelming – the overnight hospitalization alone cost over $5,000, and the surgery itself came to $3,000. Thankfully, a compassionate local vet was able to offer us a discounted rate of $3,000, but it's still a significant financial burden.

I’m currently unemployed and also taking care of my elderly parents, which makes it extremely difficult to cover these unexpected expenses. I’ve never asked for help before, but my dog means the world to me, and I will do whatever it takes to ensure he gets the best care possible.
