This morning, this dog was found on the Kalama Elementary School campus. He appeared to have broken legs. Mrs. Dolezal took him to the vet and we found that he has older injuries and is in need of medical care. It seems he may have been neglected as he is malnourished and was in need of normal grooming. We are actively looking for his owner, but until then Ms. Fechter will be providing him with care after he is released from the animal hospital. The current bill is over $1,000 and several people have offered to pitch in. If you are able and willing to donate it would be so appreciated. All donations will cover his medical needs, food and items to provide him proper care until we have found his owner. Thank you.
