Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with an open heart, hoping for some support during one of the most difficult moments of my life.

After spending 8 years in a relationship — where I was cheated on and physically harmed — I made the decision to leave and start over. I moved to Boone, NC to escape that trauma and be closer to family, hoping for a fresh start.

Unfortunately, things haven’t gone as planned. Boone has been full of hardship, and after Hurricane Helene, trying to make ends meet has felt nearly impossible. I’ve done my best — working odd jobs, trying to stay afloat — but no matter how hard I push, I’ve been barely getting by.

Now, I finally have a real opportunity: I’ve just accepted a new full-time job in Charlotte, and it could be the new beginning I’ve been praying for. But I need help getting there.

I need to raise $3,000 within the next 20 days to cover the deposit, first month’s rent, moving expenses, and basic essentials. Without this, I will be forced to live in my car — something I’m fighting hard to avoid.

I’m doing everything I can: selling my belongings, applying for assistance, and picking up any gig I can find. But I can’t do this alone.
