Hello everyone, my name is Charlee. I am trying to raise money on behalf of Harrison and his family.
As many of you know, Harrison’s family brought him to Carteret Hospital on Saturday, November 9th. The doctors said that Harrison’s organs were shutting down; as a result, he had to be airlifted to Duke Hospital immediately. Harrison was intubated upon arrival and remained intubated until November 15th. The doctors have said that he will most likely need a liver transplant; however, the family is waiting for more information from the transplant team, and we will keep this page updated as more information comes in.
Harrison is the primary provider for his fiancé, Cynthia, and his baby girl, Eve. He has been a faithful and amazing employee with Promise Land Market for 6 years or more, and of course, this devastating and unforeseen situation will keep him out of work for an unknown amount of time. As you can imagine, this tragedy has taken an enormous emotional toll on his loved ones. My goal is to raise money to go towards bills. There are car payments, auto insurance, rent, utilities, food, gas to and from Duke, and many other expenses. With Christmas around the corner as well, if we can do what we can to help relieve some of the monetary stress the family is currently facing, then that will allow everyone to be able to fully concentrate on being there for Harrison and help him to heal.
Harrison has been a devoted father, spouse, son, sibling, friend, and coworker. He has brought so much light into the lives of so many. Let’s rally together for him and his family during this time of great need. Please donate if you can; even if it is $5, $10 $25; anything will help and be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to do so, please share this so that we can spread the word. Also, please continue to keep Harrison and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank each and every one of you!
