Hello I’m Haley, I’m currently physically and mentally disabled. I have become very disabled due to working for YSS and getting several concussions and other physical injuries. Worker’s compensation stopped paying me after telling me to switch jobs for my mental health. I was also discharged from care from worker’s compensation because they couldn’t do anything for me anymore even thought my symptoms from my most recent concussion. Due to my last concussion which left me unable to work. I have severe migraines and can’t concentrate, I also have headaches daily and chronic back and neck pain. I have done physical therapy for months. Worker’s compensation stopped paying for that physical therapy and sent me to another physical therapist that didn’t help much with my existing symptoms. Workers compensation was helping with medical bills and wage reimbursement but stopped paying the wage reimbursement in March, and stopped paying for my medical expenses at tue beginning of May. And I still have all the same issues as when they were helping me. They just decided to deny me any more medical treatment. Or pay for my medications that I need. Also any wage reimbursement.
