Donate to Gus's Care: Amanda's Lifeline

My younger sister is being hit hard right now. Amanda has gone through hell and back to rebuild herself. Gus is a puppy she purchased following a traumatic event that no one should ever endure. This puppy saved her life in all the ways possible. Gus brought back her smile and simply the joys of life.

Gus was from a litter of 10 from from the Waukesha Humane Society named "The Brady Bunch". Gus took training like duck to water. He even so much as started training at Zoom Room impressing everyone with his abilities and intelligence. Gus was everything to Amanda and was like her own child. She was proud to be with Gus and proud of their accomplishments.

Recently, Gus became ill. Amanda took Gus to a vet and was immediately advised to rush to a specialty clinic where is was determined that Gus was sick in a way that he more than likely would not recover. This happened so fast that there simply was no time to really think or evaluate the situation. The cost just for this diagnosis was $5000. Now Gus has bi-weekly labs and medications for comfort care.

All of this comes to be quite costly for a young woman. My sister lives in WI and we are in WY. There isn't much support there in WI therefore this was the only way I knew to possibly get her some assistance and show people do care and want to help. If they can.
