Hi SW Neighbors,

On Friday, Oct 11th, Greg Robinson, a River Park resident and member of the SW community, was struck by a car and then robbed at gunpoint.

Both his tibia and fibula were fractured, and he is now recovering from an invasive tibia rod surgery. We are unsure about his insurance coverage at the moment, but medical bills are estimated to surpass $5,000.

Working as a bartender at Anthem, he will be unable to work on his feet for months while he undergoes intensive physical therapy to aid him in walking again.

In addition to medical bills and loss of employment income, he has also been a victim of costly identity theft. His savings have been compromised by the attackers who drained his accounts after getting access to his personal information. While he is working with authorities to address the theft, the timing to reimburse his savings is undetermined.

Greg has been one of SW's favorite bartenders, helping open Solace and bringing his warmth into every exchange. Please consider giving what you can to help him as he recovers - even just $20 makes a difference in helping us meet our goal and would be greatly appreciated.
