My name is Angela Maravilla, daughter of Gonzalo Blanco. My dad has been in the hospital since 4/4/25. He got an awful infection in his foot due to diabetes which resulted in the loss of that foot. He was anticipated to be home by 4/13, but Dr’s are having a hard time getting his infection down since the amputation, and are not releasing him until his wbc is at 12 minimum possibly 10. I am trying to raise money for him since he owns a small business but is unable to work. I’m doing my best to help him and keep his company running, but I’ve never done his job before so it’s been challenging. Right now his only concern is making sure the lights stay on at home, and keeping food on the table for my mother. He has always been a selfless person and deserves the world.
