Help Support Gloria's Fight for Recovery
Hi, my name is Michelle Cintron, and I am reaching out for help on behalf of my beloved sister, Gloria. At just 29, Gloria was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and for the past 18 years, she has bravely faced the challenges of this disease. Earlier this year, in June, Gloria received another devastating diagnosis—a brain tumor in the left frontal lobe, known as a Glioma.
On September 6th, surgeons successfully removed the tumor. Just one week later, on September 13th, Gloria suffered a severe stroke, which has left her with partial mobility. She is now in a rehabilitation center, working tirelessly to regain her strength and independence, all while preparing for the next steps in her oncology treatment.
The road ahead is daunting, especially with the financial burden that comes with it. Her partner has taken a family leave of absence from work to be by her side, but his pay has been reduced to 35% until he can return in January 2025. With mounting medical bills and the urgent need for ongoing occupational, speech, and physical therapy, we are seeking any support you can provide.
Gloria has taken care of her loved ones her entire life, and this time I am turning to our community to help me take care of her. We are grateful for anything you can give, any dollar helps. Your donations will go directly towards Gloria’s medical expenses, rehabilitation, and the therapies she desperately needs to regain her life. Thank you for any support you can provide, whether it be through donations or by sharing this page.
With love and gratitude,
