I am reaching out today with a heavy heart to share my father's recent health journey and humbly ask for your support. In April, my dad, Glen Carr, underwent a life-saving kidney transplant after battling kidney disease for years. While we are incredibly grateful for this second chance, the financial burden for him has been overwhelming.

The costs associated with the transplant have far exceeded our expectations, including:

Hospital and Surgical Expenses: Despite insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs have been substantial.

Post-Transplant Care: Medications and frequent doctor visits are essential for my dad's recovery.

Travel and Accommodation: Living in a rural area means frequent trips to specialized medical facilities, adding travel and lodging expenses.

Caretaker expenses: These have added up quickly due to the caretakers living so far away
