I am creating this GoFundMe for my incredible daughter Willow, an accomplished athlete who embodies adventure, bravery, intelligence, and humor. Her compassionate and kind heart shines bright, and she deserves to seize every opportunity life has to offer.

At the end of February, I called 911 after Willow was experiencing a Tonic-Clonic seizure. Following a 3-day hospital stay, she was diagnosed with A severe Neurological Disorder, Non-Epileptic Seizures and POTS. This is a life-altering diagnosis that requires assembling a Care Team consisting of 5-6 medical experts. Currently, she undergoes 3-5 appointments per week. With her diagnosis, the complications it brings and her weekly doctor appointments Willow is no longer able to attend school or participate in sports. The doctors believe she developed this neurological disorder after a sever sports injury in October of 2024. With that injury came Regional pain syndrome, Chronic Pain Syndrome and Musculoskeletal pain syndrome. With this the brain was rewired and now misfires causing the neurological disorder. This disorder is most likely life long, although some can go into remission in most cases it never goes away. 

Willows life has undergone a dramatic transformation, with symptoms including partial or full body paralysis, vocal and movement tics, loss of voice, passing out, non-epileptic seizures, chronic pain, fatigue, low/high heart rate, low oxygen, chest pain and many other complications. Despite these challenges, her spirit remains unbroken.

Willows doctor advised me that a service dog is needed! A service dog can alert to seizures, passing out, low/high heart rate, blood pressure, heart rate and help in MANY other ways. Panda will help Willow regain independence, confidence, SAFETY and HOPE!

I am reaching out for help to make this dream a reality for my daughter. After speaking with a variety of professionals we have decided to adopt a puppy that has passed the requirements to become her service dog in training. I work with a qualified trainer to teach Panda tasks geared toward Willow and her needs. We are doing a mixture of one on one training and board and train.

This route was recommended because it allows for the puppy to bond with their owner and she will be trained to Willows VERY specific needs. However, it still carries a heavy financial burden. Your donation will bring us one step closer to empowering Willow so she can live her life to the fullest. Getting Panda trained will reopen the door to many opportunities for Willow.
