Trix is no ordinary kitten. From the moment he was rescued, it was clear he was a fighter.

Found abandoned under a porch, this tiny ball of fur with his big, curious eyes and a purr that could melt the coldest heart quickly won over everyone who met him. But Trix’s journey hasn’t been easy—this sweet little guy was born with a congenital defect in his rectum and colon that has made his short life full of challenges.

Despite his condition, Trix is full of life and energy. He loves chasing shadows, batting at feathers, and curling up in your lap for endless cuddles. His favorite toy is a stuffed mouse, and when he’s not playing, he’s busy climbing anything in sight with the determination of a mountain lion. His precocious and curious nature makes it impossible not to fall in love with him.

Recently, Trix underwent his first surgery to address his condition, and while the procedure helped improve his quality of life, it wasn’t enough. The vet specialists have informed us that Trix needs a second surgery to fully correct his defect and give him a chance at a pain-free and healthy life. Without it, his condition will worsen, leading to discomfort and potentially life-threatening complications.
