My name is Shannon. I am 46 years old and I live in Kern County California. I have loved animals since I was a little girl, I currently have three cats and three dogs , who are definitely a handful, but my heart is so big and I can’t turn my back on these cats. I am basically like Snow White. Had I not driven around this old Rite Aid after the big rain which I never do I never would’ve seen them so I believe that it’s meant to be ..that I am their angel …but I need help ,Here is my story …

Help Clara and Her Three Kittens Find Safety, Care, and Love

It all started after a big downpour of rain about a month ago. I noticed a tiny black-and-gray tabby kitten, all alone and soaked, hiding near a dumpster. I brought some food over, thinking this poor little one was on its own. After feeding the kitten once or twice, I realized it wasn’t alone at all — there was a mama cat nearby, and two more kittens hiding close behind her.

That’s when I met Clara, the brave and protective mama, along with her three babies — the little tabby I first saw and two shy orange kittens who still keep their distance but are slowly starting to trust me. Since then, I’ve been feeding them every day and doing my best to give them comfort and safety.

They’re currently living behind that same dumpster, and while I’ve made sure they have food and dry shelter, I really want to give them something better — a safe, enclosed space where they can play, rest, and grow without fear of cars, weather, or danger.

I’m asking for help to raise funds for:

• Building a walk-in outdoor enclosure to give Clara and her kittens a safe home or buying one off Amazon

• Vet visits to get everyone checked out, vaccinated, and eventually spayed and neutered

• Food and supplies to keep them healthy and comfortable as they grow
