But in St. Louis and the surrounding areas, too many families and schools still don’t have access to diverse, culturally affirming books that reflect their children’s identities, histories, and dreams.

That’s why we launched the 1,000 Household Campaign: to place self-affirming, multicultural books directly into the hands of families right here in our community.

When you give, you’re enrolling families in St. Louis in the EyeSeeMe Book Club. Just $30 provides a child with one month of books for their home library!

Our goal is to gift a full year of books to 1,000 households by the end of 2026. We’re starting with the first 250 households, who will receive their books in January 2026. When you donate today, you’re helping us build this very first cohort!
