God bless and good afternoon to the GoFundMe community. My name is Kourtney Meeks, and I'm a serial entrepreneur here in the Midwest. I absolutely love every bit of what comes with it. Being able to take an idea and turn it into a success moves me, and I've learned so much to date.

Truth is, when I started my business, I wasn't financially literate. You can say I'm at rock bottom, but God is my rock. At the most humiliating point in this journey, I can say that I've truly learned what it means to be a business owner and the generational curse breaker of my family. So, understanding my responsibility within my role and managing money, taking care of expenses, and investing in other ventures that will be awesome contributions.

I'm looking for a mentor or mentors as well, to learn from and to laugh with in phone calls as I excel in business and life. God says ask these things in His name. So, I ask the GoFundMe community—men and women, individuals, families, and corporations—to fund me in helping me to buy a new work pickup truck with a trailer hitch, so I can continue to get my service companies back up and running.

They are Capitol Clean Up: we do property cleanouts from movers who have been evicted or either moved and left unwanted, old, or broken items. And I run a demolition recovery company. I help demo companies by loading metal from demo canisters, keeping metal separate from trash. I ask these funds to cover the truck, trailer, plates, registration, and insurance. I truly appreciate anyone, group, or family, including business owners, that can get me back running in my businesses. I have no transportation at the time, but my faith is unwavering.
