Hello! I’m Morgan, Gary’s niece, and as a family, we decided to start a GoFundMe for him.

Gary started complaining of back pain in October and finally, he got some answers… 7 months later.

After months of pain, 5 ER visits, and more pain, it got to the point where he couldn’t walk or feel his legs. Gary hasn’t been able to work since March and as everyone knows… no work, no paycheck.

The day after Easter, he went to the ER and said, “I’m not leaving till this gets figured out,” and he ended up having spine surgery the day after. Sadly, he had cancerous tumors on his spine that got removed and 2 rods put in his back. Pathology results came back with Multiple Myeloma. Unfortunately, he still has tumors on his back and pelvis area. He will have radiation and chemotherapy in the near future. He has spent 21 days in a rehabilitation center to try and gain strength back in his legs to walk, and as of right now, he’s still unable to walk, but we know he will work hard and walk again.

Everyone who knows Gary knows he is strong and a hard worker. We ask you all for tons of prayers for him.
