I’m Gary Vaccaro, a 68 yo man with stage IV renal cancer attached to all my vital organs. I’m seeking help from your generous hearts to get through this difficult time, which includes unexpected medical bills. I’d like to travel to see my children & grandchildren for the last time and to be with them on Thanksgiving. Unfortunately they live 1400 miles away and I am of limited means. I am also in the process of transitioning to NH to be with family and this is costly as well.

In all likelihood, this year will mark my last holiday season with family. Please give openly with your hearts while I still have time. All I can do is beg for your help because I cannot do this on my own.
