Since she was just five years old, Gabi has dreamed—literally—of living in a body that felt like home. In those dreams, she got to choose the body that matched who she truly is, experiencing moments of joy, peace, and alignment. Now, after five years of medically transitioning, Gabi is closer than ever to making those dreams a reality in her waking life.

This surgery is not just a medical procedure—it’s a lifelong milestone. It represents self-love, healing, and the fulfillment of something Gabi has held close to her heart since childhood.

About Gabi:

Gabi is one of the most giving and empathetic people you’ll meet. She works at a drop-in teen center, offering care, guidance, and a listening ear to young people navigating their own journeys. She shows up every day with compassion, humor, and authenticity—making a difference in so many lives, just by being herself.

Outside of her work, Gabi is a creative spirit. She finds joy in all kinds of artistic expression, from ceramics and sculpture to painting, cooking, and crafting. Her art is a reflection of who she is: thoughtful, imaginative, and full of warmth.
