I'm setting this up for a close friend and a co-worker of mine, Francis Pellegrino, who has been battling serious health issues for the past year while trying to work and tough it out.

Francis just found out this week that he will have to undergo dialysis treatments and receive a kidney transplant at some point in time. He is estimated to miss up to 2 years of work. The goal is to support him and his wife, who are going to be experiencing a serious financial and medical crisis.
