Fellow Tenants of Rochelle Park,

Many of us know and love our housekeeper "SIMONA" MADERA! We could even refer to her as the "soul" of our building.

As some of you may (or may not) know she has had an unfortunate situation occur at her home. A serious plumbing leak under her foundation occurred this last week which is going to cost her $15,000 to fix. The contractors are working on the situation currently and may be finished within 4-5 more days...maybe longer.

Without saying...This type of repair cost would upset any of us if it happened to our own home. So, we thought it might be helpful to start a Go-Fund-Me page to help her out with this costly repair.

She doesn't know we have started this page ... so let's keep it a secret until we present the total gifting to her.
