Donate to Fix a Veteran's Jeep for New Job

Hi everyone! I recently took my Jeep into the Dealership to address a recall notice that was effecting my ability to pass a SMOG test. The tech told me that my Jeep just needed a software update. I was then told that the software update was successful but there was a problem. He said that my vehicle was originally sold to dealership in Texas and was used as a shuttle by the dealership. It was then sold at auction to the used car dealership I bought it from. The tech told me that the vehicle needed the catalytic converter and exhaust manifold replaced. In CA we have to have a specific catalytic converter to meet State emission standards. The bad news was it wasn't covered by the recall. So I have to pay. I'll be starting a new job in a couple of weeks and need my vehicle running and legal so the timing couldn't have been any worse. I've reached out to over a dozen Veterans groups requesting financial assistance but was denied be every single one! I hate to beg but I'm at that point. Anything will help.
